Please review the following terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HourB's web hosting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. HourB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

HourB provides web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, email hosting, database management, and related tools. Our Services include features such as:

  • cPanel control panel access for account management
  • One-click application installation (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
  • SSH terminal access for advanced users
  • Email hosting with your domain
  • MySQL database management via phpMyAdmin
  • Free subdomain (yoursite.hourb.com) or custom domain support

HourB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify HourB immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

4.1 Prohibited Content

  • Adult or explicit content of any kind. Accounts hosting such material will be immediately suspended.
  • Phishing, hacking, or fraudulent websites. Accounts will be terminated without warning.
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software designed to harm users or systems.
  • Pirated, nulled, or cracked software. Accounts will be suspended, and a reactivation fee may apply.
  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other characteristic.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Mass email or spam distribution. Accounts sending unsolicited bulk email will be automatically suspended.
  • Proxy scripts, shell scripts, or resource-intensive applications including online gaming servers, torrent clients, file-sharing platforms, chat servers, auto-surf, or paid-to-surf scripts.
  • Streaming or broadcasting media content from our servers.
  • Using accounts solely for file storage or backups. All accounts must host active websites with regular content.
  • Interference with server operations or other users' access to the Services.

5. Account Enforcement

If a violation of these Terms is detected or reported, HourB reserves the right to suspend the offending account. Upon suspension:

  • You may request reactivation of your account.
  • After reactivation, you will have 12 hours to resolve the violation.
  • If the violation is not resolved within 12 hours, or if a subsequent violation occurs, HourB reserves the right to permanently terminate the account.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Services. However, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use and distribute all content hosted on your account, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

HourB may retain files uploaded to our servers until the next scheduled server cleanup. We reserve the right to remove inactive websites that remain under construction for more than two weeks.

7. Service Availability

HourB strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime, whether scheduled for maintenance or caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOURB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

HourB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HourB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
